USA Returns
- We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not, you have the right to cancel and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Once you tell us you’d like to return something, you then have another 14 days to send it back. We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Please use our returns portal to request a return or exchange. You’ll be able to download a return label or receive a QR code. A $2.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Rings must have the size tag attached and untampered with, otherwise the return will be sent back to you.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on any earrings, even if the packaging hasn’t been opened. This is to protect the safety of our staff and customers.
- Please allow up to 4 working days from the date we receive your return for processing. During sale periods, this may take up to 7 working days.
- Please use the returns portal to request your exchange. We will try and accommodate all requests (if made within 14 days) but we cannot guarantee stock will be available.
